Is this wallet non-custodial?

Local wallets are self-custodial: keys are generated and encrypted in your browser. The server stores only ciphertext. Platform balances, deposits and prepaid services are operated by the platform.

Can the platform access my private keys or assets?

For local wallets, no. The platform never receives your password or plaintext key. Platform balances and prepaid service funds are operated by the platform instead.

What happens if I forget my unlock password?

The local password cannot be reset. Restore access with your recovery phrase or private key.

What fees should I expect?

TRON network fees are paid in TRX or covered by energy and bandwidth. Estimates are shown before signing, and rented energy can reduce TRC20 costs.

Why does my address need activation?

A new TRON account must be activated on-chain. The first transfer may create it with an activation fee of about 1.1 TRX.

How do deposits work?

Send TRX to your dedicated deposit address. The scanner credits your platform balance after the required confirmations.

Is batch sweep safe?

It only works with private keys you paste and own. Transactions are irreversible; verify the target address and test with a small amount first.
